Fresh Flowers :
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns. In the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Indoor Plants :
If you are not satisfied with your indoor plant purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product or issue a full refund, provided that the plant is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds :
